Ingredients: 1 white radish, some salt, 2 aniseed, soy sauce, and a little sugar.
1, radish washed without peeling, cut into 2mm thick crescent pieces, salted with a little salt 1 hour.
2, prepare seasoning: 2 crystal sugar, a few fragrant leaves, a piece of cinnamon, 2 star anise.
3. Put the above seasoning and soy sauce into the pot and simmer until it is slightly boiled. Turn off the fire and let it cool.
4. Wash the pickled radish with cold water to remove the salt and control the dry water. Add the garlic slices, millet spicy and coriander stalks.
5. Pour 3 portions of boiled cold soy sauce, aged vinegar 1 portion, and a little white sugar into radish and mix well. Seal with plastic wrap and marinate for 2 hours before serving.
