1. Boil the dry rice noodles in water until half cooked, remove and drain. Put soy sauce and other seasonings in a small bowl, pour it on the dried noodles, mix well, let dry and set aside.
2. Cut the vegetables into shreds (especially cabbage), stir-fry and set aside.
