Ingredients: shrimp vermicelli;
Accessories: onion, garlic, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, steamed fish, soy sauce.
Shrimp with garlic vermicelli

Boiling water for vermicelli softens the basin bottom.

Wash the shrimp, drain the water, cut the edges and remove the shrimp intestines (this step is omitted because I use the prawn with a knife), and spread it on the vermicelli.

Heat a little oil in the pot, add garlic and saute until fragrant, turn off the heat, add a little salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, steamed fish and soy sauce, mix well and pour over the shrimp.

Boil hot water and steam for 8~ 10 minutes (depending on the number of shrimps).
