Open the "Flash" software to create a new 3.0 document. Canvas size can be set according to your own needs. Click OK to create a new document.

Create a new layer on the timeline, rename it "background", and drag the background picture prepared in advance to resize it.

At frame 45 on the timeline, press F5 to insert a keyframe.

Create a new layer on the timeline, named "bow", and drag the previously found material Bow. Resize and position, and insert the same F5 key frame in the 45th frame.

Create a new layer, name it candle, and drag it to the bow layer. Drag the candle material in the first frame, put it out of view, rotate it, press F6 at the first 10 frame, insert a key frame, place the candle at the position of the ribbon, and click the right mouse button to create a traditional tween animation, thus completing the animation of this candle.

Similarly, make cartoons of cartoon pigs. Insert a key frame in the eighth frame, drag the material in and put it in place. At frame 15, F6 moves the material to a suitable position and right-clicks it to create a traditional tween animation.
