As one of the main tourist resources in our county, Moon Cave Natural Scenic Area has played a great role in promoting urban economic development and increasing farmers' income. This year, the construction of scenic spots in Moon Cave was listed as a major project construction task by the county party committee and government, which also brought more development opportunities for the tourism development of our town. Under the correct leadership of the county party Committee and government, under the careful guidance of the county tourism bureau, and in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the County Development and Reform Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Construction Plan of 20 14 Major Projects, we will unswervingly adhere to the strategy of "making tourism a living town" and actively cooperate with the construction of supporting facilities in scenic spots. Focus on Moon Cave scenic trail, cave lighting renovation, entrance, wharf, vertical elevator, artificial waterfall, parking lot construction, tourism function area construction and scenic road renovation. To this end, we will work together in three aspects.
First, deepen ideological understanding and strengthen organizational leadership. Insist on putting the scenic spot construction on the important agenda, attach great importance to it ideologically, and consolidate its responsibilities in work, and set up the Moon Cave Construction Leading Group headed by the mayor to actively do the ideological work of the masses, solve the problem of land acquisition and demolition in the process of scenic spot construction, strictly implement the relevant regulations of the county government, handle all kinds of contradictions according to the law and regulations, consciously accept the supervision of the masses, and resolutely put an end to all kinds of abuse of power and black-box operations to ensure the smooth implementation of scenic spot construction.
The second is to innovate work ideas and promote tourism development. Relying on Yang Shan TV station, travel guides, brochures and other propaganda media, we should strengthen the combination of cultural elements and tourism resources, further increase the collection and development of Moon Cave scenic culture, pay attention to the excavation of cultural details, and promote culture and tourism simultaneously, so as to let more tourists know about Moon Cave and travel to Moon Cave and promote the development of tourism.
The third is to create a good environment and enhance the effectiveness of attracting investment. Environment is productivity, competitiveness and attraction. Actively create a high-quality and efficient service environment, firmly establish the concept of "management is service", implement centralized office and time-limited completion, and form a green channel for attracting investment. Establish a good atmosphere of promoting business, pro-business, benefiting business, wealthy businessmen and securing business, and make TONYYOND a "blessed land for investment" and a "highland for service".
Further activate and guide foreign-invested enterprises to increase investment and develop new projects. At the same time, with Moon Cave scenic spot as the center, we will promote the development of tourism resources such as Hailuodian Geopark and Shuangling Village Tian Peng Shanzhai, promote the development of tourism, enhance the external influence of TONYYOND tourism, build TONYYOND tourism brand, and fully promote the sound and rapid economic and social development of TONYYOND.
