Ingredients
3 bananas, 1 all purpose flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup salted water, 1/2 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp ketchup
How to do it
1.) Stir together the ingredients to make a burnt batter and set aside.
2.) Peel the bananas and cut them into slices about 0.5cm thick, then add them to the burnt mixture.
3.) Heat a wok, add oil, then place the charred bananas into the wok one by one and fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
4.) Stir the sauce well and dip the bananas into the pancakes for a very special taste.
