Preparation: shrimp, mushrooms, onion and ginger, ham and sausage, eggs.
Steps: Cut the fried egg into pieces for later use, stir-fry the oil, chives, ginger, shrimps and boiled mushrooms for a few times, add ham and eggs, stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of salt, pour in boiling water, and sprinkle chopped green onion after boiling.
