Ingredients: 300g of sweet potato, 60g of glutinous rice flour, proper amount of oil, 8g of sugar and proper amount of black sesame.

Steamed sweet potatoes, peeled and ground into mud.

Add glutinous rice flour, sugar and appropriate amount of oil (more than one spoonful). Note: the amount of glutinous rice flour can be added according to the dry and wet conditions of sweet potatoes, and the amount of sugar can be added according to personal taste.

Stir well (don't make the sweet potato paste too thin in this step, because if it is too thin, it will take a long time to bake in the oven, and it will feel a little sticky when cooked)

Take a small ball of mashed sweet potatoes in your hand, knead it round and flatten it, put it on a baking tray covered with oil-absorbing paper, brush the surface with a layer of oil and sprinkle with a little black sesame seeds.

Put it into a preheated oven (170℃ 10 min) and bake the middle layer, upper layer and lower layer at 170℃ for 50 min (baking time and temperature are for reference only).
