Method to make iced caramel macchiato ?
Pour half of the iced milk and vanilla sherbet into a steel cup and whip the milk froth with the steam tube of a coffee machine
Mix the espresso with the remaining half of the iced milk
Place ice cubes in the cup until it's 70% full
Pour step 2 slowly
Place a moderate amount of milk froth on the coffee Spread a good amount of milk froth on top
Squeeze in the caramel
Decorate with a toothpick by drawing a pattern on the surface
