Canned tuna 1 can (soaked in spring water), 2 potatoes, half onion, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
Process:
1. Remove the water from tuna (grab it hard) and tear it into small pieces by hand. Chop the onion and peel and slice the potato.
2. Put the potatoes in a steamer for about 20 minutes, then poke them with chopsticks and they will be cooked. After a little cooling, put the potatoes in the plastic wrap, seal them, and roll them into a paste with a rolling pin (or put them in a small bowl and press them into a paste with a spoon, that is, the particle size is slightly larger, depending on personal preference).
3. Put the pressed mashed potatoes into a large bowl, add tuna meat and onion, add the favorite salad dressing (I use the original salad dressing of Thousand Island), a proper amount of salt and white pepper (if there is softened butter or cheese, it is recommended to add a little to enhance the flavor of milk), and then fully stir and mix.
