Ingredients: pine nuts 1kg, one steamer and one wok.
Steps:
1. Put the pine nuts in the pot and soak them in clear water for one hour. The purpose is to make pine nut shells soft and easy to break.
Take out pine nuts, put them in a steamer and steam them with ordinary goods for 30 minutes.
After 2.30 minutes, take out the pine nuts and put them in a ventilated place to dry. You can fry pine nuts with low fire after their shells are cracked.
3. Then turn on a small fire and put the air-dried pine nuts into a frying pan for dry frying. There is no need to put anything. In the meantime, the pine nuts in the pot should be constantly stirred until most of them are opened and can be eaten out of the pot. (Using the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction)
Matters needing attention
1, pine nuts should not be eaten more, especially for the elderly and obese people.
It must be noted that when frying pine nuts, the fire should not be too big to avoid frying.
