2. Prepare a fresh corn, peel off the shell, remove the corn stigma, and then cut it in the middle. Prepare a pair of kitchen scissors, put them in front of the corncob, turn them gently, and the corn will be pulled open like a small switch, and then peel off the corn kernels one by one, neatly and without any waste.
3. Put the corn kernels in a large bowl, wash them with clear water for several times, remove them after washing, drain the water and put them in a plate.
