Ingredients: buckwheat noodles, 1 eggs, 30g tomatoes, 30g cucumbers, 20g pickles, 30g apples and 30g beef sauce.
Cold noodle sauce: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Korean hot sauce, 20g of beef powder, 500ml of clear water, and white sesame1g.
