1. Prepare pepper and round pepper, and wash the chicken offal with raw flour and salt.
2. Slice peppers and round peppers.
3. Cut the chicken offal into sections and blanch for later use.
4. Take the oil pan, saute the ginger, garlic and pepper, and stir-fry the chicken offal.
5. Add cooking wine and stir-fry the bell peppers until they are green.
6. Just add some water, salt and light soy sauce to taste.
