1, wash the rice, put it in water and soak it for 30 minutes. Ginger cut into thin julienne, chopped scallions. Cut the hard-boiled white egg into small pieces.
2, shred the meat, add 1 gram of salt, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.
3, pour water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, pour in the shredded meat and cook for a while, then pour in half of the egg cubes, then pour in the shredded ginger, cook for about 2 minutes, then pour in the soaked rice, and reduce the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Finally, pour in the remaining half of the egg and continue to cook for 10 minutes, adding the remaining salt and chopped scallions.
