Ingredients:
Chicken wings, milk, eggs, starch, flour, butter, minced garlic and honey.
Practice:
1. Pour a bag of milk, two spoonfuls of salt and one spoonful of black pepper into the chicken wings and marinate for two hours.
2. Pour out the milk, add two eggs, two spoonfuls of flour and two spoonfuls of starch, and then wrap a layer of raw flour. The oil temperature is 50% hot, and fry in the pan at the minimum fire 10 minute. Take out the oil and raise the oil temperature, and then fry again 1 minute.
3. Add butter to the pot and fry, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, minced garlic and honey, stir over low heat until the soup is sticky, and add chicken wings to roll evenly.
4. Add minced garlic, Korean hot sauce and half a bowl of water to the pan, stir-fry until the sauce is thick, then add fried chicken and roll it evenly.
