Blanching is required because mushrooms are fungi and are difficult to clean themselves. Blanching can kill part of the bacteria and dehydrate the mushrooms so that they will not produce a lot of water when cooking.
Bleaching method:
Put the mushrooms into boiling water for about 3 seconds and take them out.
