(1) According to the relevant provisions of the "Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China", any construction project using land must apply for the use of state-owned If the land is occupied by collective land, land expropriation procedures must be completed. The average compensation per plant is 150-220 yuan during the cultivation period; the average compensation per plant is 300-450 yuan during the early fruiting period; the average compensation per plant is 600-1800 yuan during the full-fruiting period; and the average compensation per plant is 900 yuan during the declining fruiting period for more than 26 years.

(2) Pear tree. The average compensation per plant during the cultivation period is 45-120 yuan; the average compensation per plant during the early fruiting period is 150-300 yuan; the average compensation per plant during the fruiting period is 1,900-2,200 yuan; and the average compensation per plant over 26 years is 1,200 yuan.

(3) Peach trees. The average compensation per plant is 45-90 yuan during the cultivation period; the average compensation per plant is 150-280 yuan during the early fruiting stage; the average compensation per plant is 350-680 yuan during the full-fruiting stage; and the average compensation per plant is 280 yuan during the declining fruiting period for more than 21 years.

3. Scope of compensation for land expropriation

(1) The compensation provided to the expropriated persons by the municipal and county-level people's governments that make the decision on house expropriation includes:

1. Compensation for the value of the expropriated houses;

2. Compensation for relocation and temporary resettlement caused by the expropriation of the houses;

3. Compensation for the losses caused by the suspension of production and business due to the expropriation of the houses.
