Article 26: Units or individuals that have obtained organic food certification certificates may use organic food logos on the labels, packaging, advertisements, and instructions of the products specified in their organic food certification certificates.
Article 27 The graphic format of organic food marks shall be uniformly stipulated by the Organic Food Accreditation Committee.
When using the organic food logo, it can be enlarged or reduced in proportion as needed, but it must not be deformed or discolored.
When using the organic food logo, the organic food certification number of the product should be printed below the logo graphic.
Article 28: Organic food signs must be used within a limited scope.
Article 29: No unit or individual may forge, alter, or transfer organic food signs.
Article 30: When organic food is contaminated or confused with non-organic food during production, processing or sales, the organic food production and operation unit or individual must promptly notify the original organic food certification agency. Foods stop using the organic food label and may no longer be produced, processed or sold as organic food.
