Steps of white-cutting Sanhuang chicken
1. Make the prepared garlic into minced garlic and ginger into Jiang Mo, then stir-fry in hot oil, cool and mix well with coriander and chopped leek, add proper amount of soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well into syrup for later use.
2. Put water in the pot, heat it until it boils, clean the Sanhuang chicken, remove the internal organs, clean it, and then put it in water to cook together.
