Tips

5. Add 6 cups of rapeseed oil to the wok, put it on the stove, heat it to 40%, then turn it to medium heat and keep it at 40%. Add the fried cake, fry it for ten minutes, and take it out.

5. Pour enough oil into the pot and burn until a chopstick is inserted. A lot of small bubbles will float immediately, turn into a small fire, fry the bottom blank until both sides are golden.
6. Remove the drain oil and put it on kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
