Introduction
I believe many people like cheesecake, with its long texture, rich fragrance and melt-in-the-mouth feeling............. .....Every Friday afternoon in the office, everyone takes turns buying desserts for afternoon tea. On a whim, I made one myself and took it to the company. My colleagues all praised it, and the most exaggerated one said it was from a five-star hotel. Level, of course, Irish people usually exaggerate, but I am finally encouraged to share it with you here.
Ingredients
12 pieces of digestive biscuits, 55g of butter, 1 box of soft cheese (200g), 200g of fresh cream, 75ml of milk, 55-60g of sugar, strawberry-flavored jelly Glue, concentrated jelly) 1 piece, 90ml of water, some fresh fruits.
Method
1. First wrap the mold with tin foil.
2. Crush the digestive biscuits with a rolling pin and melt the butter over water.
3. Pour the melted butter into the crushed biscuits and mix evenly. Remember not to add it all at once, but add a little and stir it, so that it is easier to fully mix.
4. Pour the biscuits with butter into the mold, compact and flatten them, and put them in the refrigerator to chill.
5. At the same time, prepare the strawberry decoration, cut it in half, put it evenly into the mold, and continue to put it in the refrigerator for later use.
6. Dissolve 3/4 of the concentrated jelly with 90ml of water and set aside.
7. Add sugar to the soft cheese, press evenly with a spoon, then beat with an electric egg beater, add milk, and mix evenly.
8. Beat the fresh cream separately.
9. Add the whipped cream to the soft cheese and mix well, then add jelly water and mix well.
10. Pour the mixed cheesecake ingredients into the prepared mold and refrigerate for half an hour.
11. After half an hour, put the fruit decoration on top, then melt the remaining 1/4 of the jelly with 20ml of water and pour it on the surface of the cake. Cover it with tin foil and refrigerate it overnight.
I hurriedly took it to the company and took it off the mold in a hurry. It was a bit ugly. Please forgive me!
It is best to cover the edges of the mold with a hot towel for a while, so that the edges will be smooth and look much better after demoulding!
