2. Step 2: Cut a knife from the front of the shrimp with scissors, and cut off the eyes and the shrimp gun.
3. Step 3: Cut a knife from the head of the shrimp and cut off the whiskers on its feet and stomach.
4. Step 4: Cut a knife from the back of the shrimp with scissors and cut off the tail of the shrimp.
5. Step 5: Put the tip of the scissors into the top of the shrimp's head and pick out a dirty thing the size of a wheat grain. This piece cannot be eaten.
6. Step 6: Use scissors to plunge in from the penultimate section of the shrimp tail and pick out the shrimp line. Hold the shrimp line with your hand and pull it gently, and the whole shrimp line will be pulled out. A thoroughly clean shrimp will be cleaned up.
