Tips
1. miscellaneous sauce uses a lot of ingredients, but the amount is not much. Take small pieces, dry the rest with kitchen paper towels and put them in for preservation.
2. Stir-fry miscellaneous sauce with a little more oil. Don't pour out the oil after miscellaneous sauce eats it. The fried chopped oil of onion, ginger, garlic and onion is very fragrant and reserved for cooking.
3. It is necessary to use the rough hand-made noodles to be the most original. If you have the conditions, you can knead the noodles yourself.
4. When cooking noodles, pay attention to the heat, use a big fire as far as possible, and when the water is boiling and it will be saved, turn the heat down and continue cooking for two minutes.
