Steps
1. Split the lettuce leaves and remove the old leaves.
2. Wash and drain in a basin.
3. Chop and mix with a little salad oil.
4. Sprinkle the flour into the salad oil and mix well.
5. When the flour is well and evenly adhered to the leaves, stop for a few minutes to allow the flour to absorb the water and oil. Then sprinkle in the flour again and mix well.
6. Place the steamer over the fire and line with a cloth. When the steamer is on, pour the lettuce leaves mixed with flour into the cage, and steam for 10 minutes over high heat.
7. This is the steamed lettuce leaves. Pour the steamed lettuce leaves into a clean bowl and add salt and mix well.

Tips
1) When mixing dry flour, it is best to do it in two steps, otherwise, the flour will not be easy to dip.
2) When steaming, the time should not be too long, otherwise it will steam sticky.
