Ingredients: two small bowls of flour, half a pot of water, proper amount of cooking oil, one spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of soy sauce and two eggs, stir-fry (this is explained below).
Equipment: a set of cookware that can be used normally, wok, large bowl (one of which is used for kneading noodles), soup spoon (ball spoon is not allowed), colander and chopsticks.
Production steps:
1, prepare to blow up. The ingredients for cooking are all ready-made dishes (mainly cooking), and the best ones are ready-made. It is also possible to cook them now (a small amount of two or four flavors are fried). Recommended fried broad beans, cucumber and tomato scrambled eggs. If you have fried lunch meat or ham, you can also put some.
2. Put the fried materials into a large bowl, assuming that the water is eight minutes full, and add the right amount of salt and soy sauce.
3. Put the wok on the cooker, scramble the eggs (stir fry with salt to keep the fried eggs golden and crisp, and the yolk liquid is better), and put the fried eggs in a bowl with stir-fry materials.
Step 4 prepare noodles. Put a proper amount of flour into an empty bowl, add water and stir into a thick batter. Stir well and let it stand (batter needs to stand 15 minutes or so).
5. Prepare water. Just rinse the wok, then add more than half of the water in the wok to boil until it can keep boiling (don't turn off the fire). Scoop up the noodles with a spoon, gently shake the handle of the spoon upward to make the batter flow into the boiling water (this is a pimple), and then scoop up the batter until it is used up.
