How to cook a small barbecue in Yunnan at home?
Sliced beef tenderloin, slightly thick. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, white pepper and a spoonful of cooking oil to marinate for at least half an hour. The pork belly is also treated in this way.

Yunnan shiping tofu
Yunnan bait, made of rice. Similar to rice cakes, you can do without them.
Stir-fry peanuts in a frying pan, peel and mash, wash shallots and coriander, and pat garlic. If possible, prepare some Yunnan hot water.
