It’s not impossible. As long as you like it, that's fine, because pumpkins and eggs don't conflict with each other and won't eat bad ones.
But my suggestion is that it is best not to fry them together. The reason is very simple:
1. The color combination is not good-looking. Eggs are golden when fried, and pumpkins are basically the same color.
2. The operation is difficult. Pumpkins are generally relatively hard and difficult to mature. Eggs are not suitable for long-term heating and cooking. If fried at the same time, the eggs are probably overcooked and the pumpkin is not yet cooked.
3. Generally speaking, the ingredients fried with eggs are soft in nature and easier to ripen, such as tomatoes, leeks, and leek. Pumpkin is usually used for braising or stewing, not suitable for frying.
