Ingredients: prawn 10, green mango, bell pepper 1 piece, salt, onion, ginger, soy sauce, blending oil and sugar.
1, peeled prawns, cut back to remove shrimp lines, cut into small pieces and marinate in cooking wine for a while, cut mango into small pieces, cut green peppers into pieces, mince onions, and slice ginger.
2, hot pot, put a little oil, pour in shrimp and stir fry until cooked, don't stir fry for too long. Set aside for use.
3. Pour oil in a hot pot and add ginger slices to saute.
4. Add the onion and saute.
5. Add the green pepper and stir-fry until it is almost cooked. Add the mango and stir-fry until the mango is soft and cooked. The mango I use is blunt, so I have to stir-fry it for a while. You can fry the cooked ones for a while, add a little sugar, a little soy sauce and a proper amount of salt.
6. After the green peppers and mangoes are cooked, pour in the fried shrimps, stir fry for two or three times and turn off the heat.

Note: 1, shrimp should be marinated first, in order to better take out the fishy smell.
