Ingredients: 200g of potato, 0/0g of auricularia auricula/kloc.
Accessories: proper amount of oil and salt.
Steps:
1. Peel and shred potatoes.
2. Soak the fungus in warm water for 20 minutes, wash it and cut it into small pieces.
3. Heat the oil pan and fry the shredded potatoes first.
4. Stir fry a few times, then add the fungus and stir fry together.
5. Add salt and water and stew for three minutes.
