Ingredients: small bean sprouts
Ingredients: a little white vinegar, oil, salt, onions, ginger, garlic (if you want spicy food, you can add red pepper for a more beautiful color)
Method: 1. After the pot is heated, pour in the oil and heat it.
2. Add onion, ginger and garlic and saute for 1-2 seconds, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat.
3. Add salt, edible white vinegar and a small amount of water in a timely manner and sprinkle it into the pot, stir-fry and serve.
Note: Fry the beans for 2 or 3 minutes, but not for too long.
