Half a box of tofu (200g), 2 cloves of garlic, 1 green onion, a little bit of olive oil, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 tsp of sugar, a few sprigs of red chili pepper, 1.5 tbsp of sesame oil
How to make it
1: Slice half a box of tofu, blanch it and drain the water.
2. Make garlic paste with 2 cloves of garlic.
3, 1 branch of green onion white and green onion green cut into pieces.
4: Heat a non-stick sauté pan over low heat, add a little olive oil and wipe well with a spatula, add the white onion from step (2) and step (3) and a few sprigs of dried red chili pepper and sauté.
5. Add in step (1) and saute on both sides until the tofu is almost cooked, then add in 2 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tsp sugar and stir fry well.
6: Add green onion and 1.5 tbsp sesame oil from step (3) and stir-fry well.
