Stir-fry the ginger and garlic first.
After soaking the beef strips in blood, squeeze the water out, put them in a pot and fry until the water is out.
First, turn to medium heat, add appropriate amount of sugar, a small amount of post sauce, soy sauce and salt, turn to high heat and stir fry evenly, then sprinkle a small amount of cooking wine and stir fry for a while.
Add an appropriate amount of water, the ratio is about 1:4, and then pour in some soy sauce to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
At this point, I changed to a small casserole, but actually I don't have to change it. In order to look good, I can finally use a small casserole as a container. If you don't change the pot, put the tofu directly into the stew. If you change the casserole, first pour some oil into the bottom of the pot, then add some ginger and garlic, then add the tofu in turn, pour the beef, sprinkle the spiced powder and pepper, and then pour the soup of stewed beef. The soup is slightly lower than the tofu, and the tofu will boil out water, so don't worry too much about the lack of water. Simmer for 20 minutes.
If you use a casserole, the water will touch the bottom when it dries, so when we smell a little burnt, it means that there is less water, and the bottom of the pot begins to stick to the pot. At this time, you can turn off the fire, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stew the pot for a few minutes.
It's easier to stew directly together. However, because I especially like the feeling of filling vegetables in a small casserole, it can improve my appetite and make my cooking delicious.
The reason why beef is stewed with water is to make beef taste less hard and astringent. Tofu itself tastes lighter, but the soup stewed with beef and sauce will be delicious but not greasy.
