Steps of baking sweet potatoes with cheese and cream
1.? Get the materials ready.
2.? Brush the sweet potato clean, keep the surface moisture, wrap it with a kitchen paper towel, pat some water on the surface of the paper towel to keep it moist.
3.? Put the wrapped sweet potato in the microwave oven and stab it with high fire for 5 minutes until it is cooked. Take it out, cut it in half, and dig out the sweet potato meat with a spoon (note that the sweet potato meat should be left about 0.2cm on the edge of the sweet potato skin, and don't dig it too clean).

1. The cooking time of microwave oven is adjusted according to the size of sweet potato and the power of microwave oven. The power of my microwave oven is 750W W.
2. The amount of milk in the material can also be adjusted according to the variety of sweet potato. Some sweet potatoes are particularly dry and need to increase the amount of milk. Red hearts are recommended for sweet potatoes, which are rather waxy.
3. Cheese, I use the existing mozzarella cheese at home, or I can use the flaky cheese in the supermarket.
