Ware
Western tableware includes knives, forks, spoons, plates, cups, etc. Knives are divided into edible knives, fish knives, Okazaki knives, milkshake knives and fruit knives; forks are divided into edible forks, color forks and lobster forks; spoons include tablespoons and teaspoons, etc. Cups are more varied, with teacups and coffee cups made of porcelain and accompanied by a small saucer; water cups and sprinkling cups are mostly made of glass, and different glasses are provided with different kinds of wines.
Tableware arrangement ?
The tableware is placed on the front side of the plate, with a fork on the left side, a knife on the right side, a spoon for soup and dessert on the top, and condiments and wine glasses on the top. The order of glasses (from the top to the left) is as follows: spirits or aperitif glass, wine glass, champagne glass, water glass (beer glass). The napkin is enclosed in the water glass or placed on the food plate, and the bread and butter plate is placed to the left of the fork. The order of eating western food
1. appetizer:
The first dish of western food is appetizer, there are cold appetizer and hot appetizer, common salad, caviar, foie gras, smoked salmon, cocktail cups, creamy chicken puff pastry box, baked escargot and so on. Because they are meant to be appetizers, appetizers generally have a characteristic flavor, with salty and sour tastes, and are served in smaller quantities and of higher quality.
2. Soup:

3. Side dishes:

4. Main course:
