Fried lentils with vegetables
Ingredients: lentils, millet pepper, ginger and garlic slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence.
Practice: 1. Dice the millet pepper, wash and shred the long lentils, add a few drops of oil and a little salt to the pot, pour the water into the lentils and blanch for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients: four eggs, 3-4 green peppers, bean paste, soy sauce and starch.

Ingredients: 1 eggplant, 2 potatoes, 2 green peppers, minced garlic, soy sauce, salted chicken essence, oyster sauce and starch.
Practice: 1, sauce adjustment: mix one spoonful of soy sauce, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of starch, a little salt chicken essence and half a bowl of water and stir evenly;

Fried three kinds of vegetables
Ingredients: potato 1, carrot 1, green pepper 1, onion 1, onion, ginger, garlic, salted chicken essence, soy sauce.

Scrambled eggs with zucchini
Ingredients: 1 zucchini, 3 eggs, chopped green onion, salted chicken essence, soy sauce.
