Steps of stewing lotus root with ribs
1.? Wash and blanch the ribs, and cut the lotus root into hob blocks.
2.? Put the ribs and lotus roots in a pressure cooker until the water surface is covered with ingredients, then add the ginger and garlic wine vinegar, and simmer for half an hour after the pot starts to exhaust.
3.? Be careful not to add any more salt.

Preserved ribs should be soaked in hot water for a while, washed clean, and preferably blanched.
