Home made pickling method for dried green radish:
1. Wash and peel the green radish, cut it into thin slices, pickle it with salt for 20 minutes and dry the surface water.
2. Put the dried radish slices into a container, add seasoning and marinate in an airtight container for 24 hours.
3. Take out the marinated dried radish, cut it into appropriate sized segments, plate and serve.
Notes:
1. Slice the radish thinly.
2. Keep the surface of dried radish dry during the marinating process.
3. The amount of seasoning and marinating time can be adjusted appropriately.
