Method
1. Stew
2 sheep eggs, 250 grams of mutton cubes, 250 grams of white radish, appropriate amount of chopped green onion
1 , Boil the sheep eggs and mutton pieces in water and set aside; cut the white radish into hob pieces and set aside.
2. Put the blanched mutton pieces into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of cinnamon, aniseed, ginger slices, tangerine peel, and water and simmer. After boiling, add an appropriate amount of rice wine, turn to low heat and continue cooking. .

2. Fried mutton eggs
2 mutton eggs, 50 grams each of red pepper, green pepper and onion, 3 garlic plants, 5 mushrooms and 5 garlic plants
Steps
1. Wash and slice the sheep eggs, add appropriate amount of starch, rice wine, soy sauce, salt, pepper and MSG, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Wash and dice red peppers, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Cut the stems and leaves of garlic into pieces and set aside.
