Ingredients: 5 grams of dried bird's nest, less than 500 grams of papaya, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Stew: Stew the foamed bird's nest with 150cc cold water for 20 minutes from the time when the water boils, and add a proper amount of rock sugar. The papaya is cut open to remove seeds, and the stewed bird's nest is put inside. Cover the papaya and stew it in a plate 10 minutes.

Stewed bird's nest with papaya and milk
Ingredients: 5g dried bird's nest, 200c.c fresh milk, water 100c.c, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Production method: stew the bird's nest, papaya and water together, boil the water for 20 minutes, then turn it into concentrated bird's nest, add 200c.c fresh milk and stew for 5 minutes, then add a proper amount of rock sugar, both hot and cold.

Note: papaya can also be made into juice (diluted with cold water) and stewed with bird's nest in water for 20 minutes, and then stewed with appropriate amount of rock sugar for 5 minutes.
