Production method:
1. Wash the dried duck leg and cut into pieces. If you don't like the smell of smoke, you can soak the dried duck leg in clear water for several hours.
2. Shred ginger and garlic, and cut onion into small pieces for later use.
3. Put the dried duck leg into a stainless steel bowl and heat it quickly. It is advisable to spread the bottom of the bowl, then sprinkle some shredded ginger, shredded garlic and pepper, and then sprinkle pepper on the salted duck legs. Then put the remaining dried duck legs into the bowl and sprinkle with shredded ginger, shredded garlic, pepper and pepper until all the dried duck legs are put into the bowl.
4. Finally, put the bowl into the pot and steam it until it is cooked.
