1. Mixed noodles with sesame sauce
Materials:
Daoxiao Noodles 1 50g, 2 spoons of peanut butter with sesame sauce, 5 sesame seeds 1 spoon, Xiaomi spicy, 3 onions, Chili noodles 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, 2 spoons of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar1spoon and half a spoonful of sugar.
Practice:
1) Chop onion, garlic and millet, white sesame, Chili noodles, salt, two spoonfuls of soy sauce. A spoonful of oyster sauce? A spoonful of balsamic vinegar? Put half a spoonful of sugar in a bowl and pour a spoonful of hot oil on it.
2) Mix the sesame paste with water in proportion and pour it into a bowl.
Proportion: 1 spoon sesame paste+1 spoon peanut butter+a little water.
3) Daoxiao Noodles is cooked in cold water, put into a plate, pour in the juice and stir well before eating.

2. Noodles with meat sauce
Materials:
Noodles 1 person, minced pork 1 50g, 2 millet peppers, half a cucumber, half a spoonful of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce1spoon, and cooking wine1spoon.
Practice:
1) Cucumber and millet are cut into filaments. Heat oil in the pan, add minced garlic, millet pepper and chopped green onion until fragrant, add minced pork and stir-fry until it changes color, add 1 spoon sugar, 1 spoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 spoon light soy sauce and 1 spoon oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
2) Pour in starch water and cook until it is thick. Pour the cooked noodles with meat sauce, cooked peanuts, shredded cucumber and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
3) Mix well and serve.

3. Egg Zhajiang Noodles
Materials:
3 eggs, 3 spoonfuls of sweet noodle sauce, bean paste 1 spoon, garlic moss 1 root, 2 mushrooms and a little green onion.
Practice:
1) Dice garlic moss into a dish, and dice mushrooms into a dish.
2) A little green onion and a little Jiang Mo.
3) Add 3 spoonfuls of sweet noodle sauce and 1 spoon of bean paste to the bowl, add water and stir well.
4) Put the eggs in hot oil from the pan, fry until cooked (after the egg liquid is put into the pan, you can stir it with chopsticks, so that the eggs will not be too big)
5) Take hot oil out of the pan (the oil temperature should not be too high), add onion and Jiang Mo and fry for 5-6 seconds, then add garlic moss and mushrooms and stir fry 1 min.
6) Pour in the stirred sauce, add a little water and stir fry, then add the eggs and stir fry evenly.

4. Crispy cold mixed noodles
Materials:

Practice:
1) Onions and garlic are cut into foam and put into a bowl; Pepper noodles 1 spoon, pepper powder and half a spoon of cooked sesame seeds, drenched with hot oil to stimulate fragrance; A little salt, chicken essence and pepper+1 spoonful of soy sauce+1 spoonful of balsamic vinegar +2 spoonfuls of sesame sauce+cold boiled water and stir well.
