There are several ways to make salt-baked chicken: there are 2 common ones, 1 is cooked with coarse salt parcel, and one is marinated with salt-baked chicken powder.
Tried a few practices, I personally feel that the coarse salt to get a little salt, or like to eat salt baked chicken powder to get, simple rice cooker practices, record and share
Ingredients ?
Chicken half
Ginger 1 piece
Scallion 1 small handle
Salt baked chicken powder half a packet
Yellow gardenia 4-5
Salt baked chicken ~ rice cooker version of the practice ?
Prepare the ingredients and clean them.
One packet of salt-baked chicken powder for one chicken, I half a chicken, only half a packet.
Onion cut long section, ginger slice
A little boiling water soak yellow gardenia (or directly boil, so that the color is faster, cook yellow water can be),
Chicken control dry water, yellow gardenia juice to be soaked out of the color cooled wipe in the chicken? Body, inside and outside the corner to be on good color?
Then pour half a packet of salt baked chicken powder evenly coated in the chicken body

After the marinade, ginger and green onion pads in the bottom of the rice cooker (? No water or oil)
First chicken skin side down, press the cook button and cook for 20 minutes, then just flip the other side and cook for 20 minutes. It will cook for about 40 minutes total?
Flip it over after 20 minutes! Mmmm, it smells so good? , cook for another 20 minutes and it's ready to be served?
Drop ~ out of the pot!
