Exercise:
1. Cut the potatoes and steam them in a pot. Put them in a bowl and press them into mud. Add two spoonfuls of corn starch, a little black pepper and salt, and stir well to form a non-stick dough.
2. Knead into round cakes of the same size, and put them in an air fryer 175 degrees 15 minutes (turning once in the middle). Adjust the temperature according to your own air fryer.
