Spring is a season of frequent diseases, especially infectious diseases. Common infectious diseases include influenza, epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis, measles, chickenpox, mumps, rubella and scarlet fever. Most of these infectious diseases are respiratory infectious diseases, which can be spread through air, short-distance droplets or contact with respiratory secretions.
Schools are densely populated and relatively concentrated places, and it is easier to spread. In order to avoid the epidemic or outbreak of various infectious diseases, our school took advantage of the class activity time this Monday to carry out the class meeting on the theme of "Prevention of Infectious Diseases in Spring".
Through the theme class meeting, students learned about the harm of infectious diseases in spring and preventive measures, and reached the following knowledge: First, we should strengthen exercise and enhance immunity; Second, we must develop good hygiene habits, maintain the hygiene of our study and living places, wash our hands according to the prescribed procedures before and after meals, and return from going out, change, wash and dry clothes and bedding frequently, and do not spit or throw scraps of paper around; Third, classrooms and dormitories must be ventilated every day to keep the air flowing, and the ventilation should be more than half an hour at a time; Fourth, we must ensure adequate sleep, have a good rest and have a regular life; Fifth, don't be afraid of illness and medical treatment. Because there are many cold-like symptoms in the early stage of infectious diseases in spring, it is easy to be ignored. Therefore, if the body is not suitable for timely medical treatment, especially if it has fever symptoms, it should be diagnosed as soon as possible and treated in time. Once the problem is found, see a doctor in time and report it to the school doctor.
This class meeting on the prevention of infectious diseases in spring has enhanced the awareness of teachers and students on the prevention of infectious diseases in spring and improved their ability to prevent them. Our school also publicizes the knowledge of preventing infectious diseases in spring to parents of students through school newsletter, so that parents can know their children's situation in time and be known to everyone.
