Coriander hú suī

Botanical name. Apiaceae caraway, annual herb. Native to the Mediterranean coast, it has a strong odor and is thirty to sixty centimeters tall. Stem erect, striped, hollow; leaves pinnately compound, finely lobed and serrated; flowers fine, clustered like an umbrella, solid round and wingless. It is used for food, as a seasoning or medicine.
