Four food safety accidents occurred in April, from the mixing of alkaline water in the production process, to the total number of colonies in cheese slices exceeding the standard, and then milk turned into yogurt. Will the development of bright milk be bright all the way?

Cold chain is not cold, fresh milk becomes yogurt.

Guo Benheng, president of Bright Dairy, complained that dairy products were "killed", and Bright Milk was caught in milk rancidity. It is also illustrated by facts that there are not too many random inspections of Bright Dairy by quality supervision departments, but they are not enough.

On September 8th, the subscribers of "Bright Sui Xin Subscription" in several districts in Shanghai found that 220ml bright small bottle of fresh milk (edible production batch number: 20 120907) had a strange taste and was suspected of deterioration. Bright Dairy subsequently announced through official website that as of that afternoon, the company had received 952 complaints about small bottles of fresh milk.

According to the clarification announcement of Bright Dairy, on the morning of 20th/KLOC-2nd, the company received a complaint from consumers, which reflected that the small bottle of fresh milk produced by Shanghai No.4 Dairy Factory Co., Ltd. was rancid. After preliminary analysis, the reason for the rancidity of the product was that the batch of products were stored in a large cold storage after leaving the factory. In order to meet the door-to-door service of milk delivery on September 8, during the process of milk delivery to the warehouse, some products were rancid because the temperature in the car did not meet the standard.

Paradoxically, the explanation given by the milk delivery company involved this time is that the milk smells bad because "yesterday (the milk delivery company) employees had dereliction of duty and turned off the air conditioner when closing the freezer door".

Faced with this statement, Gong Yanqi, a spokesperson for Bright Dairy, said that the explanation of the company's announcement was the real reason given through investigation and research. "The reason why the official announcement was issued on the afternoon of the accident was because the real reason had been investigated clearly."

Jianjun Xiang, a researcher in the food industry of China Investment Consulting, told Times Weekly that raw milk has high requirements for milk sources and needs cold chain transportation. The market price is about 20% higher than that of normal temperature milk, which has a large profit margin, but the shelf life is short and it is easy to cause losses. Normal temperature milk has low cost and long shelf life, which is beneficial to inventory turnover and produces a slightly higher overall net profit. Mengniu Yili mainly produces normal temperature milk, and Bright Dairy is the representative of raw milk enterprises.

"It is said that there is something wrong with the fresh milk delivered directly at low temperature every day, but Bright Dairy's answer is not only contradictory, but also vague." An industry expert who did not want to be named told Times Weekly that the production technology of raw milk is not difficult, and the key is the construction of cold chain, emphasizing that all links are carried out in a refrigerated environment (0-4 degrees Celsius) without interruption.

The production and sales path of fresh milk involved this time should be: the produced fresh milk is stored in the cold storage, and the products are sent from the factory to the distribution center by the refrigerated truck, then directly to the community milk station, put into the small cold storage in the community, and then sent to various portals by the milk delivery staff. In urban areas, each milkman is responsible for an average of 200 families.

Therefore, the expert questioned: users of fresh milk are distributed all over Shanghai, and there are nearly a thousand complaints a day. If according to Bright Dairy's explanation, there is a problem with the vehicle temperature, why do so many vehicles have problems at the same time? In addition, if there is something wrong with the vehicle, the gap between the current high temperature and cold chain requirements in Shanghai is 0-4 degrees Celsius. Even if you don't need any instrument to measure it, you can directly feel why Bright Dairy keeps delivering milk with obvious temperature errors to consumers during transportation.

Wang Dingmian, a dairy expert, also questioned that the delivery in Shanghai could arrive in an hour or two in the morning. Even if there is something wrong with the delivery vehicle, it is impossible for fresh milk to go rancid within two hours after leaving the cold storage. There may be another reason for this accident.

Xiang Jianjun said that the loopholes in Bright Dairy mainly include: First, in terms of management, enterprises should strengthen internal management mechanisms to ensure smooth connection between production links and timely feedback of product information; Second, in terms of internal supervision, this problem is mainly due to poor internal supervision and failure to "control quality". Enterprises need to further strengthen internal control.

Strict investigation means severe punishment.

This is not the first time that Bright Dairy has quality problems due to product transportation. On July 20th this year, Bright Dairy was found by Guangzhou Industrial and Commercial Bureau that the total number of product colonies exceeded the standard. To this end, Bright Dairy said that the total number of colonies exceeded the standard because of extrusion damage during long-distance transportation and unstable temperature in the sales environment.

Moreover, on June 15, six primary school students in Yingshang County, Anhui Province experienced vomiting and other symptoms after drinking bright milk. After the incident, Bright Dairy recalled the "problem milk". For these low-level mistakes made in production and transportation, Guo Benheng, president of Bright Dairy, also said at the annual meeting of China Dairy Industry Association 18 on August 28th: China dairy enterprises are world-leading in the production of hardware and equipment, and their management level is not bad. They have advanced testing methods and quality control, so they should not sell themselves short. Now the country's spot check on dairy products has reached an unbounded level! "So pumping (checking) will kill you!"

Dong Jinshi, secretary-general of the International Food Packaging Association, told the Times Weekly reporter that there are different laws on food safety at present, and these laws have different penalties for the same illegal act, even very different, leaving a lot of room for enterprises to operate; Even according to the strictest Food Safety Law, the highest price compensation for food with quality problems can be ten times, which is also a slight punishment for dairy enterprises with annual income of over 100 million yuan. Therefore, food safety should be severely punished.

Excessive expansion leads to repeated low-level errors.
