2. stir fry, add seasoning

take about 40 degrees or so of water blanching for about 10 seconds or so, do not hot too cooked. Then put it in a jar and seal it. The next day, add rice water to cover the sauerkraut. Then seal it for a week or so and you can eat it. I often do this sauerkraut to eat, very good
