Ingredients: pork belly, cucumber, carrot, flour, starch, eggs, ladle, soy sauce, salt, oil and garlic.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Chop carrots and cucumbers.
Step two, chop the pork belly.
Step three, chop the garlic into foam.
Step 4: Add a spoonful of soy sauce, an egg, a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of oyster sauce. Stir evenly
Step 5, add flour starch and stir well.
Step six, stir the meat stuffing.
Step 7, make a ball by hand.
