Weaving Flower Baskets is a minor key song work composed by Zhong Tingrun and Guo Fushan, which was once considered to be a collectively composed Henan folk song. 1986, the song "Weaving Flower Baskets" sung by Yu Shuqin, a young singer of the Oriental Song and Dance Troupe, in the Forty Minor Folk Songs Great Combined Songs issued by China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC), really made the song become popular and had a wide impact. It wasn't until March 2008 that the Henan Copyright Bureau recognized the song "Weaving Flower Baskets" as belonging to the original musical works of Guo Fushan and Zhong Tingrun.
